Quantum Leap Kids’ Learning Center, Inc. has the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, unused tuition will be credited to another session.
The full balance of the session is due upon registration.
Due to the nature of the program absentee classes can be made up at the decision of the director’s and parents’ schedule agreement (upon agreement). In addition, students are responsible for being on time each day for the ELA sessions, as the lesson’s timing can not be extended if the student is late.
WITHDRAWAL and REFUNDS:
If you choose to withdraw, a 50% refund of the tuition will be made before the close of the first week of any ELA program. A 20% refund after the start of the second week for any ELA program your child is enrolled in, and NO REFUND AFTER WEEK THREE.
NO FOOD POLICY:
Eating is not allowed during the sessions, however water bottles with secure caps are permitted at the center. If your child has a medical requirement where food is necessary, please inform the director at the time of registration.
DROP OFF/ PICK-UP
Children must be accompanied to and from the 3rd Floor of QLK Learning Center’s door on time. On departure NO child will be released without the staff’s acknowledgement. Please advise the center of individuals other than a parent that will pick up your child prior to a change for the day of pick.
Exception: STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE QLKIDS STAFF WALK-ALONG SERVICE.
******IT IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT CHILDREN ARE PROMPTLY PICKED UP ON TIME AS THERE ARE IMMEDIATE and ONGOING MORNING AND AFTERNOON ELA SESSIONS SCHEDULED THROUGHOUT EACH DAY.
Quantum Leap Kids Learning Center’s, Inc.’s ELA PROGRAM is hereby granted permission to take photographs and videos of my child to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Permission is also hereby granted for Quantum Leap Kids Learning Center, Inc. to copyright such materials in its name.
Parents and legal guardians of their minor child waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained during the ELA scheduled sessions and workshops resulting from normal activity conducted by their child before, during or after the ELA Program sessions or workshops.
We understand that emergencies and/or unexpected situations may occur, and are sympathetic to them, however, our policy is firm due to staffing costs.
